Appropriation Authority Warning for Applicants

NSh's Lyquidation Authority: Progress (in liquidation), Kosovo Insurance Company (in liquidation), Agrokosova (in liquidation), Jugopetrol (in liquidation), KB Sluga (in liquidation), Dunav Insurance Company (in liquidation), Nisproms (in liquidation), named after Article 12 of the Equipment Addique No. 04/L-034 for the Kosovar Privatisation Agency, noting that the following paperwork (Determinations, Request for Additional Information) is not accepted at the address of pre-requisiters based on Article 49 of Law Appendix No. 04/L-034 for AKP publishes this announcement:

1. All in advance of requests such as the following list, to be submitted to the relevant letters (Determinations, Additional Information) of the Liquidation Authority at the address specified at AKP ZR Pristina, before or until 1600 of the date that falls 15 days after the release date.

2. No paperwork (Determinations, Additional Information Request) from AL to the AKP's relevant regional office within the hour, and the date presented above will be subject to the legal effect set by Article 37.7 of the No. Law Appendix. 04/L-034 for the Kosovo Privatisation Agency. The paperwork (Determination, Request for Additional Information) will be viewed as being handed over by the relevant Liquidation Authority if the petitioner does not receive it within the set term.
