The news has made it known on their Facebook page, since phone use is not allowed in driving.
Kosovo police have increased traffic activity because of the large number of accidents, especially fatal ones.
Citizens are also co-operating with the police on cases where it is being crossed in full line, sending photos or videos from the site.
Recently, a large number of drivers' patents have been confiscated, as well as communication is being monitored through intimidation.
