Prime Minister Albin Kurti, along with Economy Minister Artane Rizvanolli and the head of the Public Enterprise Monitoring Unit, Besim Imer, hosted today's interim KEK board, led by the Plana Rage.
The board announced on challenges and developments in the company, as well as plans for KEK's progress.
During the meeting, top priorities were discussed, until special attention was given to the project to establish environmental filters at the Kosova B thermal power plant.
Kurti said KEK is a very important company with vital and strategic role and importance for the country, which he said would have the care and support of the Government of the Republic of Kosovo.
KEK's interim board has been voted out at the 12th meeting of the government held on 21 May 2021.
