According to police, the event occurred today, around 3:20 p.m., in the district of No.4, Durres, for poor motives. According to police, the event occurred today, around 3:20 p.m., in the district of No.4, Durres, for poor motives.
The 40-year-old, living in Berat, has been escorted to police facilities, while injured persons are under doctors' care.
The investigative group is on the scene and is working to clear up the circumstances of the event, State Police report in a Facebook post.
