The prosecution in Prizren has filed charges against the two Prizren municipality officials, on suspicion that a cadastral storm of the municipality had conflicted with the Prizren municipality's Law on Giving in Exploitation and Exchange of the Palual Property Property.
“Foundation Procurories in Prizren, the Department of Criminals, has filed charges against A.K., and US, due to well-based suspicion of having committed criminal work “Kestum use of official position or authority”, from Article 422 paragraph 1 related to Article 31 of the Republic of Kosovo's Penal Code (KPRK) ”, says the media communique.
The prosecution has also related what the accused is charged with.

In this case, the accused committed criminal work “Using official position or authority”, by Article 422 paragraph 1 concerning Article 31 of the Republic of Kosovo's Criminal Code.
The prosecutor of the case in the case of the indictment's establishment has proposed to the court that the accused be found guilty and be punished according to the law for the criminal offence.
