AKK: We have made no technical concessions for Arta Rama-Hajriz and Xhavit Halit

“As for publishing the wealth declaration to senior public official Mrs. Arta Rama-Hajrizi, the form of the Agency's declaration of property delivered to the Agency is identical to the data published on the Agency's official website, meaning that the agency has made no release as far as the publication of data declared by the subject in question” is said at the AKK's announcement.
Meanwhile, for Xhavil Haliti's statement of property, which yesterday said he was confused with former President Xhavit Ukaj, the agency has pointed the finger at the media.
According to the AKK, by the time news was published in the media, Haliti's estate form was never published.
“While in terms of property declaration for top public official Mr. Xhavit Haliti, there is no launch or error on the part of the Agency regarding the official's alleged data confusion in question with another official.
In concrete cases, the wealth declaration for senior official Mr. Haliti has not yet been public at the time when news has been published in the media concerning the official's data, since the property statement registry for senior official Mr. Xhavit Haliti was published at 10:59 the date 29.01,2021, while news in the media was published on the morning of the same date. That means that the property statement register for the senior official. Haliti, it was made public after receiving information”, said the Agency's announcement.
