The Kosovar Insurance Bureau has announced that today the Memorandum of Understanding with Montenegro will be signed for mutual recognition of security certificates for coverage of responsibility in causing damages to third parties in bilateral territories. With the signing of this agreement, Kosovars from July 1st will not pay security worth 15 euros with Montenegro.
It is announced that the agreement will be signed by BKS chairman Sami Mazreku and the director of the National Bureau of Providers in Montenegro, Boris Saban.

The BKS suggests that with the signing of the Memorandum of Understanding in question, the directors of Montenegro's license license plates during its entry into Kosovo will present the Green Carton valid, while on the other hand the directors of Kosovo's motor vehicle with license plates during the entry into Montenegro will present the TPL+ currency security certificate, which applies to MoUs with Macedonia and Serbia.
