Agim Veliu reports in long writing: This masquerade of President Obadiah is a dirty game.

Veliu, through a long Facebook script, said the decision is as scandalous as opposed to the party statute.

He added that the decision was followed today, until it was informed by the media at first.

“For the arbitrary and illegal decision of Headship and Chairman Obadiah, I was initially informed through the media. Today, however, I have been followed by the scandalous decision signed by the party chairman, who is not only noted for violating the party's Statut, but also for spelling errors, probably because of the haste to get “legalised” as soon as the dismissal of the head of the branch in Podujevo.

The entire masquerade of Mayor Abdixhik and his supporters in Headship is nothing more than a dirty game and attempts to camouflage the decision in the name of an internal reorganization (reado: internal cleansing), presented in “The Plateform of LDK Chairman 2021-20232>, Veliu wrote.

On the other hand, he wrote that this decision could not be called a major attack on the most successful branch in all post-war election processes in Kosovo.

Dear members and sympathies of the Democratic League of Kosovo branch in Podujevo,

Just as broad opinion has already been informed, the LDK's Central Headship in 09.06.2021 has made a decision, as scandalous and contrary to the party statue, as unmovable as it is, by arbitrarily appointing the candidate in the Podujevo Commission's run in local elections, and at the same time delegate all competencies to lead with the LDK Branch in Podujevo.

For the arbitrary and illegal decision of Chiefs and Chairman Obadiah, I was initially informed through the media. Today, however, I have been followed by the scandalous decision signed by the party chairman, who is not only noted for violating the party's Statut, but also for spelling mistakes, probably because of the haste to get “legalised” as soon as the dismissal of the head of the branch in Podujevo.

All this masquerade of Mayor Abdixhik and his supporters at the Chiefs is nothing but a dirty game and attempting to camouflage the decision on behalf of the inner reshuffle (reado: internal cleansing), introduced at “Platform of LDK Chairman 2021-202318x1>.

As much as someone from the Priory tried to deny that this illegal decision dismissed the Branch Speaker, the text of the decision itself exposes such political dilemmas, sitting at the LDK's headquarters table.

All the competencies of the LDK branch leadership in Podujevo are passed on to the LDK candidate. The candidate leads with the branch chairmanship, the branch office, and co-ordinates activities with the heads of the submarines in the Podujevo municipality”, says the decision signed by Obadiah.

In fact, with this scandalous decision, the powers are learned, not only the mayor but also the head of the branch, which is fully definited according to Article 4 of this decision, regarding the formation of the list for municipal assemblies.

Such an unfair decision, of those who voted and of those who signed it, cannot be called otherwise, except a serious attack on the most successful branch in all post-war election processes in Kosovo.

Neither the LDK's leadership nor its chairman can download nor appoint a branch chief, elected in regular election processes from the Branch Assembly.

Therefore, for the LDK branch in Podujevo and me as its chairman, the June 9th Central Headship decision is illegal and worthless.

The head of the LDK branch will meet over the next few days, carefully analyse the situation created.
