AAK supports signing process to submit Osman's decision to Constitutional

The Alliance for the Future of Kosovo has supported the initiative of the Democratic Party of Kosovo for collecting signatures to send Vjosa Osmani, the country's president, to the Constitutional Court for the dismissal of Valdete Daka, from the position of chairman of the Central Election Commission.

The Democratic Party of Kosovo has collected signatures to submit the case of Valdete Dhaka dismissal from the position of Central Election Commission President Vjosa Osmani.

The Kosovo President's decision, ordered by Albin Kurti to dismiss CEC chairman, is unconstitutional, undermines democratic institutions, endangers local elections and is the end of top political”, Enver Hoxhaj, acting chairman of the post, has said PDK.

“To protect constitutional order, democratic and professional institutions, as well as to prevent any such act in the future, the Democratic Party sees the Constitutional Court's opinion necessary and inevitable, for which we have collected the signatures”.

Hoxhaj via Facebook has thanked opposition deputies for their co-operation on the issue.
