Hysni Gucati and Nasim Haradinaj were arrested on 25 September 2020 in Pristina, Kosovo, and transferred to the DHSK detention unit, on 25 September and 26 September 2020 respectively.

The act against former KLA OVL leaders was confirmed on December 11, 2020 and made public on December 14, 2020.

According to the indictment, between September 7 and 25, 2020, in three press conferences and other broadcast activities, as well as further distribution involving statements on social networks, Gucati and Haradinaj without authorization revealed protected information from the Law of Specialised Chambers, including identifying information from several potential witnesses.

The hearing of Haradinaj and Gucat's first appearance as suspects, before single judges, Nikola Giyu, was held on September 29, 2020 and October 1, 2020.

On December 11, 2020, Pre-Procedure Procedure Judge Nikola Giju confirmed the indictment against the two indictees.

The hearings of Gucat's first presentation and Haradinaj were held on December 18th 2020 before the judges of the preliminary procedure, Nikola Giyu.

Gucati pleaded innocent about all points of the indictment, while Haradinaj decided to enter a plea in connection with guilt or innocence within 30 days. In the further presentation, on January 8, 2021, Haradinaj was not declared in connection with guilt or innocence.

Based on regulations, the court of preliminary procedure made the statement on behalf of the accused that he is innocent. On April 9, 2021, the specialised prosecutor strictly handed over the preliminary file in this case.
