The Dutch government has appointed the royal family of 1.6 ,ilio annually as its members turn 18. On December 7th of this year, Princess Catharina Amalia of the Netherlands, the eldest daughter of King William Alexander and Queen Maxima, will be able to benefit this amount after turning 18.
But the princess doesn't want this money, because she thinks she didn't do anything to deserve that money, much more so in these difficult times the world is going through because of pandemic.
Katharina Amalia has sent the letter to Dutch Prime Minister Mark Rutte, where they went:
On December 7, 2021, I will be 18 years old, and by law, I will get help. This is unpleasant, especially at a time when I can offer so little in return and when other students are experiencing a very difficult time. I don't deserve them before”, she said.
