For more than a week, China has been locked up by a new Internet sensation: the herd of 15 looting elephants, which are huge, lost to destroy what they are finding ahead in the southwest of the country.
Millions have been locked in elephant live images that have travelled more than 500 miles [500 km] across the country to flee the nature reserve in southern China last year, writes CNN.
And online, internetmakers have watched elephants destroy crops in the fields, causing millions of dollars in damage until they wander through villages, forcing residents to stay inside their homes.
These elephants have become new internet stars. Viewers have especially been seduced by elephants, including one born during this epic journey.

Another video featured baby elephants until they were driving the other elephants along a lawn.
It is still unclear why elephants are taking this journey north. Some have said that the forests that are heating up in their homeland have pushed them to this journey. Others have said that they are simply lost.
But there is something very serious about elephant entertainment. Biologists have said that the situation is an announcement of what happens when the elephant habitat is degraded.
Asian elephants are considered a protected species in China, and about 300 live in Yunnan.
Over the past few decades, agriculture has caused much of the elephant habitat to be lost, leaving their flocks fragmented and isolated.
This has also increased human-elex conflict over the last ten years.
Authorities have tried to keep elephants out of crowded areas to prevent any collisions. By the end of May, authorities have established a command centre monitoring 24 hours a day elephants. /Periscope
