Zeka has said that this non-paper, where he speaks of resolving the Kosovo issue with Serbia, is unbelievable.
And a Serbian-Russian document published by German media. I've had this document for days, but I haven't published it, because it's unbelievable.
You were publishing it in English”.

By contrast, German magazine “Z U n ERT!“, which follows extreme policy, has published a non-paper on Kosovo-Serbia reports. The unofficial document they have presented in writing Saturday contains 16 points and goes beyond Belgrade's imagination.
According to this document, which this magazine says is available, all points of UN Security Council Resolution 1244 are stored.
“Now appears another called “no-papper”. Again, authors are unknown; again, names or signatures are missing. Z U n Currently available, it includes a total of 16 points and can be seen as a small part, diplomatic sculpted, as no point violates UN Security Council Resolution 1244 of June 10, 1999, better known as the “Resolution of Kosovo”. He suggests, for example, that all Kosovo's “citizens -- “873000 Kosovo Albanians are clearly mentioned -- must take citizenship from the Republic of Serbia””, writes this magazine./Periscopi/
