The government Kurti II today has approved an initiative for the agreement between the states of the region on the freedom of movement of citizens and third parties and on freedom of movement and attitude of citizens, which is provided under the framework of the state-Seneneney. Albin Kurti once opposed this agreement as in the opposition.
With the proposal of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Government has approved the initiative for linking the Agreement between Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, Montenegro, Northern Macedonia and Serbia, on freedom of movement of citizens and third parties, and the initiative for linking the Agreement on the freedom of movement and position of the citizens of Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, Montenegro, Northern Macedonia and Serbia, said in the Government's announcement, Periscope broadcast.

The fourth Yugoslavia - That's how current Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti called the Balkan initiative BARMini-Shengenı.
I have to be honest that the Balkan Minisengen is not reality, more is the idea than the project. To co-operate the six countries in the region, we have the Berlin Process framework. In that sense there is nothing new. The Balkan Minister has its own risks, I have said it represents the fourth Yugoslavia, which Serbia loves, that is Belgrade's initiative.”, Kurti said a year ago.
Reaction to this decision today came from the chairman of The PDK, Enver Hoxhaj, who reminds Kurti so when he had called this initiative the new Yugoslavia, while doing so even before the resumption of dialogue in Serbia.
Prime Minister Albin Kurti has yet to officially start the dialogue with Serbia today made a decision to start implementing the mini-sengen, where Kosovo is not treated equally with countries in the region. Long ago in opposition, this regional initiative, Albini, called the new Yugoslavia. Now with his hand, the new Yugoslavia started it so congratulations on Albin! He said Hoxhaj. / P ERISCOPI/
