The decision to change and fulfill the Government's decision to appoint members of the Commission for compensation of crime victims has been adopted.

With the change and fulfillment of this decision, the Kosovo Prosecutor's Council's proposal is named Sevdije Morina instead of Arjana Shayovci, and, with the proposal of the Commission for Legislation, Mandate, Imutte, the Assembly Order and Supervision of the Anti-Corruption Agency, it is appointed Blerta Deliu-Codra instead of former Deputes Donika Kada-Buypi.

With the proposal of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Government has approved the initiative for linking the Agreement between Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, Montenegro, Macedonia and Serbia, on freedom of movement of citizens and third parties, and the initiative for linking the Agreement on freedom of movement and position of citizens of Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, Montenegro, Northern Macedonia and Serbia.

The approval of the government cabinet has also received the initiative to negotiate the international Partnership Agreement for “Enhancing the technical assistance contract under the Kosovo Republic and the Republic of Northern Macedonia Programme for Interborder Co-operation under the IPA II (2014)-011>.

Kosovo's government has approved the Initiative for Negotiating the International Agreement between the Republic of Kosovo and Luxembourg's Great Duke Government for Project” Support of the Education Reform and Professional Training in Kosovo Stage 2. This agreement concerns the joint development project and support of continued efforts in Kosovo for carrying out reforms in the education and professional skills sector, which will be implemented in the coming period of five years.

With the decision adopted at the meeting today, the Government of Kosovo has asked the president of the Republic of Kosovo to grant authorisation to the Minister of Finance, Labour and Transfers for signing the Amandament Agreement 1 of the Credit Framework Agreement between the Republic of Kosovo and the Development Bank of the Council of Europe for financing of the “Emergency Response Response to COVID-1914>. Amandament 1 provides Kosovo with an additional 25m euros of the loan signed earlier, and the total amount of credit now is 60m euros.

 

With four separate decisions, the Government has named the Co-ordination Borders of Directors to four Public Enterprises:

  4. Africa Mehmetaj, member.

 

The government has also adopted the decision to Ratification members of the State Quality Council of the Kosovar Agency of Discension in this composition:

  4. Seb Bytyci;
  5. Alison Felce?

Members of the State Council of Quality of the Kosovo Agency of Discension are elected to a 5-year term and begin the ratification day mandate in the Republic of Kosovo Assembly.
