He has already gone on hunger strike for a week, until he says it's very difficult for someone to live without food and water.
He is going on strike because of failing to meet nurses' requests for increased night shift payment, work pay during weekends and extra hours, and paying off job risk.
Duraku is addressing President Vjosa Osmani, Prime Minister Albin Kurti, Chief Parliamentary Commission for Health President Glauk Konjufca, Health Minister Arben Vitita of members of the Parliamentary Commission for Health.
More likely to enter the hunger strike, he has said that when someone doesn't get juice, he can live a few days.
His complete scripture:
FROM TODAY I WISE GREAT GREVS
President Vjosa Osmani

Chief Parliamentary Glauk Konjufca
Minister of Health Arben Vitita

KKPS member Bekim Haxhiu

The appreciation of how much one can live without food and fluid is very difficult. It is important to understand that each organism is different, involving many factors and that all have different answers to this regime. Getting liquids has the most impact on survival. Our troops tend to exploit energy reserves from body food deposits for 2 or 3 weeks, but lack of fluids causes problems with kidney function within a few days. When someone doesn't get fluids, and if he or she is lying on the bed and so needs some fluid, then this person can live a few days or as long as two weeks.
Respectfully
Enlirat K. Duraku
