Just before the launch of the CEC meeting, while members are taking their seats, Rama is heard telling his colleagues where Gresa Bytyqi Kelmendi, the third nominated name for CEC member from Vetevendosje, will land.
Bytyqi-Kelmendi has been a candidate for deputy from President Osmani's Guxo List.
The VV representative's warning in the CEC has come after Rama has not liked the place she was assigned to sit at the CEC meeting table.
This is one of the rare moments in Kosovo's institutions when it is seen as an official disagrees with the country he has been assigned.
President Osmani has sent the issue to the Constitutional Court, since Vetevendosje claims this subject belongs to three members in the CEC.
The country's president has named only two of this party, but the same has not acted with the PDK, though this party had submitted the second proposal.
The Democratic Party of Kosovo has accused President Osmani and Prime Minister Kurti of “through efforts at the Constitutional Court are trying to steal PDK representation at the Central Election Commission that has given Constitution”.
According to the PDK, President Osmani is trying to make room in the CEC for the third member of Vetevendosje, which in this case the third name proposed by this political subject is former deputy candidate from the ranks of Osman political subject, List “Gux<1>, Gresa Bytyqi Kelmendi, who had failed to become an MP.
