VV against pardoning fines given during pandemic

Vetevendosje deputies chief Mimoza Kusari says that the pardoning of pandemic fines would be encouragement for those who have respected the norms and law of the pandemic.

“Setting the fines' pardon in interrecisance is discouragement for those who have been in accordance with the law, applied the pre-law standards, are falling victim because those who violated the law and were fined are being pardoned through interpreciency. In Kosovo, the legal system and even this law establishing norms, the degree of complaint citizens or businesses can apply. But the pardons are discouraging calls for citizens not to apply the” laws, Kusari-Lila said. /Periscope.
