The rapporteur for Kosovo in the European Parliament, Violet von Cremon, says the shadows of nationalism continue to undermine co-operation in the Western Balkans and claim that EP members and Bundestag have sent a letter to German Chancellor Angela Merkel to ensure that the Berlin process includes reconciliation and real progress, writes the newspaper Express.
She noted that without mutual reconciliation, justice and respect, no progress can be made.
