Trial board assigned for Salih Mustaf

Through a media communiqué, Kosovo's Specialised Chambers have announced that this assignment was made after the Pre-Procedure Judge that the complete file of Sali Mustaf's case will be ready to pass to the Judicial Chamber.

“on May 5, 2021, Chairman Ekaterina Trendafilova appointed judges Roland Deckers, Mapy Feld-Vollia, Gilbert Beati, and Vladimir Micila (revel) in the Judicial Chamber I. This assignment was made after the Procedure Court announced that the complete file of the specialised prosecutor K. Salih Mustafa (KSC-BC-2020-05) will be ready to pass to the Judicial Chamber on May 7th 2021. In accordance with the 116th rule and the 117th Rule of Procedure and Evidence after taking the file of the case, the Judicial Chamber holds without delay a prepared trial conference with the parties, after which it sets the deadline for motions that could be submitted before the start of the trial. The case against Mr. Salih Mustafa is the first to be passed on to a trial body”, said in the communique.
