This whole mess comes in time of pandemic until from the footage provided so far is seen as many of the host citizens actually don't even wear a pandemic mask.
Neither is keeping distance respected.
The reasons that have caused this long wait of citizens are unknown, while Periscope will try to get an answer from the ministry in question.
