For young people buying these ducks, it may seem harmless fun, but there are serious issues that take place in such cases of animal well - being. For example, duck feathers are not totally waterless until they are four weeks old, and for someone you do not know, carelessness can cause the death of a duck.
If a newborn duck stays in a cold environment for a long time, it would die and yet it is a fact that not everyone knows. A duck is also a long-term commitment because they can live about 15 years.
D The SPCA (The Dublin Society for Prevention of Tourism to Animals), a society committed to protecting animals from abuse, has expressed concern that the moment people realise how much work they need to care for ducks, they will give up and leave them in a park, which, if they occur, surely little ducks will disappear because they are unable to protect themselves from the threat of predators.
Fortunately, the saved ducks so far are very good, and the DSPCA has confirmed that caring for many ducks is not much harder than caring for one, as they move in packs and help each other.
The problem now is finding new homes for ducks. Meanwhile, the phenomenon of animal use to get social networking consent is not new.
Animal Rights Organization P THE EPA urges people to remember that these animals - namely, newborn ducks need care throughout their lives, and they cannot be bought just as requisite.
