In a status published on his Facebook page, Tali mentions Thaci, who considered the Special Court of Kosovo.
Therefore, I am clear what guarantee should I give the courts of Kosovo any Kosovo leader for any suspect of possible disrespect of the law?!!!

In recent days, the issue of non-silitation on the part of Kosovo institutions for the country's former leaders at The Hague has been troubled.
Meanwhile, there have been reports that friendly Kosovo states like Croatia have expressed readiness to provide such guarantees.

Is this Special Court (or Specialised Chambers) understood, is it Kosovo or foreign?
As far as I remember, Mr Thaci “was becoming a religion” that this Court is Kosovo!
Therefore, I am clear what guarantee should any Kosovo leader give to the courts of Kosovo for any suspects for possible disrespect of the law?!!
Is that not an intervention in the court's work?
