Supreme refuses Susan Zogiani's defense request, struck man with ax at least 11 times

The Supreme Court of Kosovo has rejected the demand for protection of legitimacy, the protection of Susan Zogiani-Sekiraqa for the murder of the husband, Artan Sekiraqa with an axe in France, during 2018.

According to the Supreme One's announcement, Susan has been sentenced to 25 years in prison while her sentence is being served by 2018.

“Pristic, March 30, 2021 B.C. ʹ S., brought against the Pristina Constitutional Court's act, éda PKR's Department of Crimes.37/2019 date 17 December 2019 and the Act of Court of Appeals of Kosovo PAK.Nr.133/20 for the criminal murder. I accused S.Z.-S. It has been found guilty of serious murder, for which it has been sentenced to prison sentences for the length of twenty-five (25) years, in which it has been estimated last time in custody of 5.10.18 from now”, the Supreme announced.

Susan Zogiani Sekiraqa, a mother of two, has deprived her husband of life in September 2018.

The event had taken place in the city of Dole, France, where Susan had struck her husband 11 times with an axe.

After the murder, Susan had taken the road to Kosovo, along with her two children. Then, as she has stated, she is presented at the French Embassy in Kosovo, demanding that she return to France, which she has not been enabled.

She has claimed that her husband has been practicing systematic violence against her. She even said that he violated the boy.

The Constitutional Court in Pristina has found it guilty, serving a 25-year prison sentence.
