Study: Speed tests detect Coronavirus 72%, dogs with 97%

Dogs are better at discovering Coddy-19 in people than fast tests, according to the French study.

Research conducted at Paris's Necker-Cochin Hospital shows that dogs are able to detect the presence of the virus by exactly 97%.

Dogs were also 91% correct to condemn negative samples.

According to recent studies, rapid tests identify the virus with 72% accuracy.

These results are scientific confirmation of the dog's ability to detect Covid-19”, the Paris Hospital Board said, adding that the study, which is expected to be published in a scientific summary, is the first of its kind, reports The Guardian.
