Defendant B.K. The defendant L.S. It is suspected that from October 2020 to 18.05.2021, with the aim of illegally profiting itself, carrying goods and crossing the border line by avoiding customs control, so that, in the case of halting and checking by customs investigators, in the defendant's car, an amount of medicines of 15 articles have been found and seized, respectively, 1,385 packages as well as 248 pieces, while with the case of deposit control, the defendants' property are located and a quantity of drugs from 359, total of 16.90.
The defendant is also suspected of offering an unreasonable gift or other obtaining to the official person at the Han border point of Elez, with the aim of illegally against his own property, directly offering him an official gift, respectively, to the customs official B.K., so that the same would act contrary to official duties, which would give him the amount of money of 70 euros, for which they had been agreed in advance by telephone, in order not to undergo legal border control procedures.
This case, the parties are reportedly complaining against this act did not postpone his execution.
