Scientists color cows like zebras, an interesting effect

Some researchers have conducted a study of six Japanese black cows, coloring them with zebra - white stripes, only black stripes, and leaving some with natural hair color. According to research, zebra - colored cows had 50 percent fewer attacks by [...]
According to research, zebra - colored cows had 50 percent fewer mosquito attacks than other groups. At the same time, there was no great distinction between mosquito attacks on black - line cows and uncolored ones.
Scientists also noted a decline in mosquito - fighting behavior in white - line cows for about 20 percent. Fewer mosquitoes were released into their bodies, and those cows were among the fewer mosquitoes.
The research team believes that if these results apply even to more massive animal groups, artificial lines can be used as a better way to combat mosquitoes than traditional pesticides. Unless it is the cheapest method, white stripes are not toxic and are healthier for animals and better for the environment.
The stinging muscots are serious damage to cattle causing economic losses in animal productivity. We've discovered that zebra-like stripes in cows can lower the bite mosquito rate in animals by 50 percent”, says research.
According to the IFL Science page, white lines can cause optical tricks of movement that can affect the eyes of insects, confusing them as optical illusions.
