Sali Berisha reacts after being declared “granting” from the US: Take out your evidence against me and my family

Former Albanian Prime Minister Sali Berisha has reacted after the US State Department's decision to ban US entry, saying that during 30 years in his political career there has been no charge in his direction by any person or institution. Berisha in a Facebook post wrote that out of the funds [...]
Berisha in a Facebook post wrote that public funds did not benefit even his family who joined the US blacklist.
He has called for whoever has evidence or documents against him to publish them.
“I have denounced more than anyone else in this country publicly inside and abroad, Albanian organised crime and its gangs, drug cartels, their connections to top Albanian, but also foreign, uncontrolled government corruption in Albania. Likewise, I have supported reform in justice and all constitutional changes, but I have criticised and denounced any act taken in flagrant opposition to constitutional amendments for establishing full political control over the justice system”, Berisha writes, among other things, broadcast Periscopi.
His reaction:
Answer Mr. Antony Blinken, Secretary of State for his decision to stop my entry into the United States!
Mr. Secretary!
From the media I got acquainted with your announced decision to stop my entry into the United States.
I want to express the following regarding this decision.
Over 30 years in politics there has never been an accusation in my address, by no person, no domestic or foreign institution for abuse of public funds and any other kind of corruption.
I also add that during all my years in power, but and until now, my family has never benefited from public funds and assets and implemented the country's laws more rigorously. They've never been under charge by Albanian justice or any other country until now.
Expressing regret over the decision and considering it without any concrete basis, I invite you to publicize every fact of the document that your administration, or anyone in the world, could be able to argue your claim to me and my family.
I also feel that one of the most important factors that the government I have led to represent Albania in NATO, to sign the Stabilisation and Association Agreement and liberalise visas with the European Union, to reach the level of the MCAC threshold, and to attract major investments, but also to note in relations between our two friendly countries, has been the successful fight against corruption and organised crime documented and in reports and the US government's assessment.
Over 30 years of politics I've had in the United States, and I have more than any other country, big friends, with whom I'm always proud. My gratitude remains limitless to all your great country has done for the freedom of my nation.
But so I tried and never hesitated to make any decision in common interest between the two countries.
I want to stress that your decision can never shake my admiration for the country, the great American nation and my friends in the United States.
Mr Secretary!
I've been resigning from every leading function for eight years and leaving power, but I've stood firm in protecting the public and national interest of Albanians, just as I appreciate them.
I have denounced more than anyone in this country publicly inside and outside the country, Albanian organised crime and its gangs, drug cartels, their connections to the highest Albanian, but also foreign officials, rampant government corruption in Albania.
And so I have supported reform in the justice of all constitutional changes, but I have criticised and denounced any act taken in flagrant defiance with constitutional amendments for establishing full political control over the justice system.
I have also denounced the Albanian and foreign media, knowing very well the position, but also its unsanctioned connections, the multibillion dollar administrator George Soros, as the most leading producer of politicians in today's and in my judgment, as a true enemy of democracy in my country.
In addition, I denounced the first and with the greatest strength, public and only publicly, the project of changing Kosovo Borders, prepared by the George Soros Foundation in Belgrade, for which I am threatened with consequences, but I am naturally not impressed.
Finally, never claiming that I am unmatched, I must assure you that I am proud of all my attitudes and I assure you that they have been and will be motivated only by the public and national interest of the Albanian nation and truth, which I have defended the same as today and at the time when young Albanians were executed at the border for the realization of their American dream.
Honestly, Sali Berisha!
