Through a Facebook post, Resiti said that if Eurovision were not politicised even this year, John Muharmaj would win it first place, as appreciated by the professional jury.
“Europe, open the doors for our young people. They are precious assets to our common home. Kosovo and Albanians once again showed Europe that they are added value to the European Union”, Resitaj said.
“It was as if Eurovision were not politicised even this year, John Muarremaj of Suhareka's Gianco, who had the only opportunity to express the extraordinary talent of representation through Switzerland in which he lives, today you would win Eurovision with the first place, as did the Eurovision professional jury. ”
Whatever happened, he gave Switzerland third place. Kosovo and its sons and daughters, who are lucky to start a life outside their native quarters, are the clearest message for us, for Europe and our friends. Our country's young are the valuable assets for our common Europe Home”, Resitij wrote.
