The usurping of residences was one of the major post-war problems in Kosovo, especially in the capital.
A Serb had usurped a flat that was owned by an Albanian in downtown Pristina, he was reported for gun shooting and had started throwing furniture out of the apartment on the third floor, and for that, KFOR was involved by British.
Serbia had refused to respond to the British, while from the window it had provoked gestures and insulting words by shooting guns.
After refusing to surrender, British soldiers came through the window and arrested the Serb, the move was met with applause and cheers of Albanians who had gathered calling “NATO, NATO”
