Meta at the time refused to decree Cakaj, who held the post of task leader while Foreign Minister by decree was Rama himself. This is the first face of two leaders in court after the 25 April elections.
The constitutional interpretation of Article 98, Article 1 of the Constitution of the Republic of Albania, which reads: The minister is named and dismissed by the president of the Republic, with the prime minister's proposal, within seven days.

We remember that during the 25 April Meta and Rama election campaign they were protagonists of a Cold War.
The president promised to resign from office if Rama wins 71 mandates, he failed to keep his word, even though the SP passed that figure after securing 74 mandates on 25 April. Meta has used a harsh and offensive language against the prime minister and other SP members.
An Investigative Commission has been established to consider whether or not there were constitutional violations, as 49 Parliament deputies voted for his dismissal. / TCh
