The Hospital Centre “Mother Teresa” has reacted to the death of three Haliti family members from Gjilan, who lost their lives in poisoning after consuming mushrooms.
In a reaction to the media, the QSUT points out that the mother, son, and bride had gone to the hospital in serious condition, while the situation became even more difficult during the evening.
According to the QSUT, Ilfete Haliti, 78, originally passed away, and a day later also married Africa and Ferzez Haliti, 56 and 47, respectively.
“06.05.2021 Internal Disease Emergency Q SUNT, patients I. H age 78, A. H age 56 and F. H-year-old 47, they've shown up with an ambulance, with a diagnosis <x1 minusoxication from the mushroom. The condition of the patients was presented as serious.
After all the examinations and consultations were conducted according to emergency medical protocols and were first hospitalised at the Toxicology Service after and after and in the evening because their situation deteriorated and transferred to the Central Emergency Service. Despite medical efforts, they have changed lives near this service: patient I. Hd 06.05.2021, patient A. H n dt. 07.05.2021 and patient F. H n dt. 08.05.2021”, said in the statement.
