That requirement, he has reasoned with the urgent request for reopening the judicial review by elaboring the chief state prosecutor's decision.
Otherwise, the preliminary prosecutor in this case, Agron Uka, had reaffirmed Agnis Tetaj's murder from a serious murder to murder by default.
Tetaj was shot with fire from Shaban Gogaj, son of the company's chief. The scene at the time of the murder was published by both the victim's family and the defendant's attorney. The family had said that the murder was deliberate, called it accidental.
The Court had then decided to reopen the trial against the Gogaj accused, under the argument that this case is necessary to be met with new evidence.
