Prosecutor in Ferizaj seeks detention for the driver who shot two children to death

The foundation prosecutor in Ferizaj is seeking detention for the driver who fatally shot two children in Shtime Carrade.

“The Founding Procuror in Ferizaj, the General Department, has filed a request for the detention measure at the Foundation Court in Ferizaj, against the V.M. defendant, who has been in detention since May 09th 2021”, is said in the media communiqué by the Founding Prosecutor at Ferizaj.

Among other things in the communiqué says that “following the prosecution's request, there is doubt based that the same date of May 09st 2021, on Ferizaj-Develop Street, in the village of Carrade, until it was directed to the type “Volkswagen Golf” by carelessness, violated the law on public trafficking, has risked people's lives, acting in opposition to the 53.1 provision of the Law on the Traffic Rules of the Tregor, where the same one hasn't adapted to the movement of the vehicle that both children now felt off the road, where they had done the 446x666m in public traffic operation from the 166th server.
