Prosecutor: Those arrested in the case of 400kg of cocaine were aware that there were narcotics in the truck

As reported in the SPRK's request, all these suspects have met the legal conditions for the detention appointment.

From the provided evidence, the prosecution is claiming to have proven that the unskilled, acting as part of the organised group and as structured union, were aware that cargo in the truck contained in addition to food products and narcotics.

Also, the prosecution claims that if the suspects are released, the same could repeat criminal acts by co-operating with persons currently on the run and who are suspected to be part of the criminal group.
