Such a claim, P The SRK has stressed in its request for the detention of seven detainees, for which request was held on Wednesday at the Constitutional Court in Pristina, reports the “Justice Vow”.
Requesting detention assignment was made by P SRK for Izet Sheqiri, Kadri Sheqiri, Kadri Ibrahimi, Fehmi Bytycin, Faton Vrajol, Enver Beleg and Bajram Malicin.
All of this are suspected to have committed criminal work, participation and organisation of the criminal group in connection with criminal work, acquisition, possession, distribution and unauthorized selling of narcotics, psychotrope or analogic substances.
Izet and Kadri Sheqiri, meanwhile, are also suspected of illegal possession of weapons.
As reported in the SPRK's request, all these suspects have met the legal conditions for the detention appointment.
From the provided evidence, the prosecution is claiming to have proven that the unskilled, acting as part of the organised group and as structured union, were aware that cargo in the truck contained in addition to food products and narcotics.
