Three years in prison and a thousand-euro fine for heavy theft at Ferizaj

The Foundation Court in Ferizaj has announced that the defendant is accused of taking 300 euros and gold worth 100 euros on 12 May 2018,

The Constitutional Court at Ferizaj has declared a punishment act against indictees E.J. Citizens of the Republic of Kosovo, charged under the Constitutional Prosecutor's Act of Ferizaj because of the criminal offense of the serious theft by Article 327 paragraph 1 under paragraph 1.1 of the Republic of Kosovo Penal Code (KPRK). Individual Judge of the Penal Division Elmaz Zenun, after observing the court review, the defendant known as the genocideists for the same criminal acts convicted him and pronounced him prison sentences of three years and a thousand (1,000) fine euros. The defendant is charged with the alleged 12.05.18, at Ferizaj, the defendant in order to bring himself illegal property benefits with the use of force by a screwdriver opens the door and penetrates into the second floor, where under room clothes from an orman gets 300 euros, cash and gold worth 100 euro”, the communique of Ferhat Foundation Court said.

Against this bias, the parties have a right to a complaint in the 15-day term from the day of acceptance of the written act. The complaint addresses the Court of Appeals in Pristina through the Ferizaj Foundation Court.
