Prosecutors at The Hague are already considering an earlier presentation by opposition political leader Robert Kyangulanyi, a former singer of Raggae zangae, known as Bobby Wine, who has described terrible abuses of human rights prior to the elections that were held in January.
President Yoeri Musveni announced victory in these elections, which were sharply contested and led to the death of at least 50 people during the protests, writes The Guardian, translates Periscopi in Albanian.
Most of these people were shot by security forces.
Kyagulany's party has said that more than 600 members and its activists have been arrested.
It has been difficult to identify armed men who robbed people. However, lawyers, activists and victims have blamed the Special Forces Command, a military elite unit.
This unit is commanded by Musven's son, Lieutenant General Muhoozi Kainerugaba. /Periscope
