Gervala said Twitter allowed only 270 characters to formulate sentences expressing political and diplomatic attitudes.
In fact, Twitter does not have 270 characters just for Kosovo, but also for all other states, with diplomats from which states use this very platform to lay their positions.
Politologist Ramadani has declared that Mrs. Gervala doesn't have a problem with just regular English usage, but there's also a problem with “diplomatic language as such”.
Gervalla Schwarz was recently targeted by criticism due to reckless, unconfirmed statements against some of the leaders of the Kosovo Liberation Army. [ KLA. She had said she was going to deposit evidence in the Special Court, but later she said she hadn't done it and would do something like that.
So far there has been no notice from the prosecution why Gervala was not questioned for her incriminating statements.
Ramadani's full status:
The problem is not space, and the number of words and letters, but the inadequacy with articulating clear thinking and attitude towards a development or event. Twitter has considered this factor when it set this limit. This element does not limit the formula of sentences and paragraphs to that extent to disfigure position. Not occasionally Twitter is the most used platform by politicians and top world leaders for political communication. So, Minister Gervalla does not just have the problem with English, but also, by seeing the support and basic content of reactions, she also has a problem with diplomatic language as such.
