Peja police in co-operation with the region's Constitutional Court have called for assistance in finding the Montenegrin Sejfiyajt suspect.
Séfiaj is charged with serious bodily injury and is currently on the run.
Kosovo's “Police require citizens of the Republic of Kosovo that whoever has information about the whereabouts of the suspected person in the photo attached, inform the Kosovo Police or report to the nearest police station”.
