Police Provides Details on Arresting Suspect in Pec

By means of a media communique by Kosovo Police reportedly the Kosovo Police Inspectorate has already been notified of the procedure's enterprise for investigating any possible concessions by police officials.

Gezim Kastrati, 50, was killed with firearms yesterday, a few meters from his residence in Pec. The prime suspect is Jevdet Januzaj, former guardian of the victim's daughter class at the school “Dardnia” in Pec.

In regard to the “heavy suicide” of 18.05.2021, in the Pec region, the Kosovo Police, namely Regional Sector Investigations have undertaken the necessary operational and investigative actions, and today, at 19,05.2021, around 20:15 has resulted in the suspect performing criminal work “heavy losses and” being located by law bodies and the same is located in the police environment. Following the arrest of the suspect, all further police actions will be undertaken in full consultation with the competent prosecutor for completing and proceeding more of the case in the justice organs.

In this case, Kosovo Police have announced IPK for the procedure action company to investigate any possible concessions on the part of police officials.
