Palmer meets Obadiah: US to Have Role in Dialogue

US Deputy Assistant Secretary Matthew Palmer and US Ambassador to Kosovo Philip Costnett have met with Kosovo Democratic League Chairman (LDK), Lumir Abdixhiku.

This meeting discussed the US's role in Kosovo-Serbia dialogue.

Through a communique from the LDK, they say that “Mayor Abdixhiku thanked Mr. Palmer for continued support of Kosovo and stressed that the US is the most powerful partner in all of our state's consolidation and development processes”

Likewise, President Abdixhiku announced Palmer's stances regarding the current political situation in the country, as well as LDK's stances on the Kosovo dialogue process Serbia.

While US Deputy Assistant Secretary, Mr. Palmer thanked Mayor Abdixhiku for the constructiveity the LDK has shown in forming institutions.

During the meeting, economic development and the need for the US to have a powerful role in dialogue was discussed.
