Klinaku has claimed from OVL that Kurt has legal grounds for this.
The “we have said there are legal grounds because the Law for Specialised Chambers in The Hague, Article 41, envisions protection in freedom. He [the Kurt] will see the opportunity as well. We've only submitted our requests”, Klink has expressed itself.
