Osmani meets with Croatian president, gets support for visa liberalisation

The president of the Republic of Kosovo, Vjosa Osmani, under the summit of the region's presidents, Brdo-Bryun, in Slovenia, has met with Croatian counterpart Zoran Milanovic today.

According to the Presidency's announcement, both conversationators have appreciated the relationship between the two states and have expressed their readiness to intensify in many areas of common interest.

“in this context has been cited as the possibility of co-operation in whitewashing the fate of the missing with violence during the war”, said the report.

President Milanovic has said Croatia supports Kosovo's integrity and sovereignty, as well as visa liberalisation and European path.

At the meeting, the situation was also discussed with the David 19 pandemic, while President Osmani thanked Croatia for granting an amount of vaccines.

At the summit of presidents of the Brdo-Brejun region, president Osmani is expected to also have meetings with the presidents of Albania, Northern Macedonia and Montenegro.
