Northern Macedonia: Tomorrow without masks in open environments, weddings are allowed

The Central Crisis Department today has accepted recommendations from the Commission for Infectious Diseases and is proposing for approval at tomorrow's government session.

June 1st, the removal of the mask in public spaces is allowed, with the recommendation that the mask be maintained if the number of persons is higher than 6 people. Measures remain in place for the masks to be kept in public transportation, taxis and in all closed spaces, such as goods houses, shops and closed centres,” has announced the Central Crisis Staff.

In view of the drastic decline in figures and active cases, the public is also allowed in sports events held in open environments of up to 30 percent, from the general capacity of visitors with respect to distance among visitors from 1.5 to 2m.

“Allowing weddings, open-air parties, terraces and courtyards to the maximum of 100 people, and no more than 50 percent of space capacity as well as 6 people on the table. Music will be allowed during wedding arrangements, in accordance with the adequate protocol, but not even dancing,” points to Central Crisis Staff.

Sanctions will be active until the Government's decision and citizens are brought into force, called on to take care of any anti- measure. CO VID, since tolerance against them will be zero.

During the last 24 hours, 218 violations of the mask have been recorded. Meanwhile, 27 people were fined after violating the ban on free movement during the police hour last night. /AlsatM/
