Nagavci tells why teachers will be tested

Nagavci has declared that testing teachers will not be done to get them out of work.

“The employment and evaluation of teachers are two separate issues. The staff that is currently under way should offer access to re-qualification in order not to exceed needs or even such cases when the budget saving issue” is in question, Nagavci said.

The education minister has said the responsibility must be for those who have employed without criteria, which she says have misused the divided budget.

The performance assessment is another issue that has to do with the tendency to improve the quality and obligations that we have but we don't make such assessments in order to get someone off work and reduce the number of students.
