Minister of Education, Science, Technology and innovation ( MAKTI), Arberie Nagavci has spoken of the government's education programme, listing comprehensive and digitised education as one of the priorities. Overarching and digitized education, harmonising professional schools with the labour market, effective education management at all levels, quality management in higher education, and improving the environment for research and innovation are the main priorities of Arberie Nagavci for her first term as minister of education.
Nagavci has said he will support all educators in their work, adding that current legislation made clear the way the teachers appreciate it.
“The SBASK, it's been strange to quote their statements recently, it's been meaningless for me that the SBASK chairman would come up with statements that we've heard word or gossip, here I've been quoting a few words or rumors that this will be done or so, personally as education minister I'll see to it that there is full transparency in my decisions, and besides transparency I'll try to overall respect legislation in power, while there is a need to review legislation we will work on review... The current legislation defines the way the teacher's performance is made, the key role here is the Inspectorate, the assessment of the body by school principals and self-esteem”, she said.
