In the state of the pandemic, our primary commitment continues to be to ensure the health of students and teachers at school. The government's daily priorities are raising the quality of teaching. Under these circumstances, when the effects of pandemic will be long-term in the education process, the debate over testing teachers is artificial and groundless.
Current legislation accurately defines the procedures for the performance of teachers in which the test is not currently provided as a means of assessment. Our commitment is to implement legislation, but also systematic review of the same to ensure a meriting process of teacher evaluation. SERVANT, above all, will ensure that the professional capacity of the rating is not less than those of the estimated.
Educators ' appreciation is the incarnated process of teaching, which is not restricted to time and instruments. The assessment should spur improvement, co-operation and support, and should not be perceived as threatening. The establishment of teaching capacities is of interest and self - teaching.
I'm open to cooperation and communication with all parties of interest, including the SBASK, the well-being of teachers is everyone's priority, but the demand doesn't make it a constant union threat that violates teaching and teaching, we don't allow that for anyone.
I thank all teachers, heads of schools, managers, and representatives of the DKA for their extraordinary work and dedication during this period of pandemic. I encourage and invite you to joint engagement in order to improve the results in education, at all levels and institutions. You have my unhesitating support for your work.
