Asked whether Montenegro would join EU sanctions against Belarus and how much it could impact the tourist season, Radulovic said that “foreign policy priorities are clear and that it is the country's European integration, good regional co-operation and reliable NATO membership.”
He said Montenegro will soon be invited to join the restrictive measures.
When the call for admission comes with restrictive measures, Montenegro will join and continue to have 100 per cent compatibility with common foreign policy,” said Radulovic.
The European Union agreed yesterday to impose sanctions against Belarus, including preventing the use of the 27-nation bloc's airspace and airports from Belarusn airlines, in response to the forced deviation of a passenger plane to arrest an opposition journalist.
