Eric Isufi, his brother, Arber Isufi, and his aunt's two sons, Arian Kadriu and Asdren Emini, have denounced six police inspectors who, according to their statement, have committed brutal violence against them for no reason whatsoever.

The IPK has recommended the suspension of four police officials, employees in the Speed-Gnjilan Response Unit, on suspicion that they have committed slight bodily injury.
The case had occurred at 22,05,2021 around 22: 00 p.m. at a bar in Gjilan, while IPK investigated the case began two days earlier after accepting a complaint by a citizen who claimed that he and three other citizens had exceeded police authorization during the use of force.
The recommendation for the suspension of police officials has come after analyzing the complaint and other paperwork, medical reports and photographs which the IPK has provided during investigative actions in consultation with the Foundation Prosecutor Gjilan.
IPK investigators in full co-ordination with the State Prosecutor will continue to take further investigative action towards full enlightenment of all the circumstances associated with the case.
