Mimoza Kusari's son is attacked by wandering dogs

Vetevendosje Movement MP Mimoza Kusari Lila has announced that her nine-year-old son has been attacked today by stray dogs.

The event occurred at the entrance of the school yard “Ismail Kemali” in Pristina.

“Today the target of an attack by wandering dogs was our nine-year-old son, Edon, near his school “Ismail Kemali” on the Sun Coast in Pristina. The attack occurred in broad daylight, 1:15 p.m., while the boy was entering the school yard. The teacher's response, director and then emergency was immediate, and after the surgery (explicable) in Emergency, Eddon is being treated at home. I thank everyone in line that they were with Edon today after the attack that happened to”.

Kusari Lil said that hundreds of families face this problem.

The problem that today affected our family has affected hundreds of families throughout Kosovo, I am very aware of that. Consistent treatment of the problem of wandering dogs is essential. The road problem may not be wanderers, but the way people treat them”.

She wished her son would be the last to suffer from dog attack.

“Appeals and prays to all levels of decision making, not to let children grow up with fear of getting out on the street and hatred of animals. Let us draw attention to the treatment of homeless dogs and the further treatment of them”.

I don't blame anybody tonight, I want to spend the evening with thanks that it didn't get any worse, but not for the future. I don't want to accept this reality as standard, and I don't have to let anyone have the security of this level on our own”.
